gd & mf - day three

day three dinner = yummy!
huge salad with digger's mirth mixed greens, tomatoes, sweet corn, goat cheese, and carrots. i made a nice dressing with olive oil, local apple cider vinegar, fresh garlic and dill. it was rocking and you know i love me a good salad.
and in the upper right corner some fingerling potatoes with a simple pesto of basil, garlic and olive oil.
mandy proclaimed "potatoes are the new pasta!"



and for dessert, mandy made a delicious maple ice cream with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top.
