mm mueseli

I have been eating the Que. rolled oats soaked in Strafford creamline mixed with large spoonfuls of Butterworks Jersey yogurt. I eat it after a half hour soak. No cooking in the morning!
I also like a generous pool of maple in there.

Blueberries and an overnight soak would probably be excellent.

I wonder if the steel cut oats would like to be soaked?

muesli sounds good.
gotta find different ways to use those oats.

i only wish we had a nut and/or dried fruit source.

keri who works at ICF with me successfully dried thin wedges of canteloupe in her dehydrator. they were really sweet, like candy!

Hey everyone - I've actually got another batch of cantaloupe drying right now. It turns out great - especially with a little bit of salt added at the end because its super sweet.
If anyone wants to borrow our dehydrator or work out a dried fruit swap, just let me know!
